We couldn't be happier with the quality of our NYC Remodeler bathroom renovation and the professional services of our designer Anastasios . He turned our small, dark space into a bright, elegant bathroom, working around numerous quirks in our pre-war apartment to deliver exactly what we wanted. Anastasios showed up on time every day and worked quickly but carefully to finish the project on time. Anastasios was a great contractor to work with from start to finish. I had a small-ish project in Manhattan which included installing new hardwood floors, skimming and painting the walls, and removing and replacing closet doors. From the start, he worked with me to ensure fair pricing and was very thorough in his proposal. He was also extremely responsive throughout the entire project. I never had to worry about him not getting back to me. He was also extremely flexible when it came to adding on aspects to the project at the last minute. Although I didn't end up going with NYC Remodeler's services, just due to logistics, I wanted to praise the company for their professionalism in the time I spent with them. Tasos (Anastasios) is GREAT. He's kind, professional, EXTREMELY thorough and patient. He spent as much time as I needed at my apartment estimating the scope of the job. He was attentive and provided great ideas and his estimate proposal was incredibly thorough. This company was able to completely renovate my 100-year old home and now it looks modern, stylish and beautiful. The contractor has an excellent eye for style that is not only affordable but durable and functional for any household. The contractor is also honest, patient, understanding and innovative and shows great passion and care with every project. His solution oriented knowledge of construction goes above and beyond the usual realm of building a place. Our scope of work was massive and he had a detailed timeline that was managed meticulously. He never lost patience with last minute changes or difficult menial or large tasks. Not only the project was finished on time it was flawless.
